First two weeks of Kindergarten

What an exciting first two weeks of Kindergarten we have had!  Here's a peek at some of our activities... I wish that I had more for you but I'm sure that you can appreciate that I am busier than a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs!  If they seem a little repetitive, it's because I took similar pictures over a number of days to catch kids at as many activities as possible.
Enjoy!

Our first activity that involved scissors... we talked about our "helper hand" that holds and turns the paper for the "cutting hand"

Do we have more girls in our class or more boys?

Looking at me with "binoculars" during story time ;)

The kids have done a wonderful job with quiet reading time and "Talk and Turn."
